Our digital freeform lens generator is truly state of the art. It utilizes an industrial RS-tec motor to drive a diamond Twin Tool to generate any prescription in any lens material. It is fully capable of generating any free form lens design, point by point on the lens. The polishing unit builds on the industry-leading CCP polishing technology which allows the unit to polish an ever wider range of lens curvatures, high wraps included. To verify high manufacturing standards and for precise identification and fitting into the frame, each lens gets a high-quality laser marking signature.
